VINTAGE STEEL WEAVER V4.5 -II W WIDEVIEW DUPLEX SCOPE MICRO TRAC VARIABLE USA

Description

Gloss blued 1" steel tube Weaver V4.5-IIW in Excellent Used Condition.  Little, if any, blueing loss, no rust, just some minor ring marks (see pictures for more detailed description) otherwise I see nothing of note (glass is clear, power adjustment ring turns freely and easily).  This V4.5 is the highly desirable wide-view II series, which was the last version produced in the USA at El Paso, TX.  It has the highly desirable Micro-Trac adjustment system which some say led to Bill Weaver's demise and the beginning of the end of Weaver-USA.  The Micro-Trac reticle adjustment system was expensive to manufacture, ahead of it's time, and customer's back then were unwilling to pay the premium price increase it required.
Includes vintage NIB Weaver-USA see-through lens caps specially made for this wide-view V4.5.
These are hard to find in this condition.  This would be a very nice period-correct addition to a vintage rifle. Get it before it's gone!
