    This is a  Real M110 scope. under the tape is a gov mark. However, this has been free and cleared by Leupold as proper surplus. I sent this scope into leupold to fix the illumination and confirmed the scopes status. Item is not covered by leupold warranty as its a contract item.
    This scope is in great shape given its status Glass is pristine, Illumination is super bright. Tracks great. If you are building an M110 or a mk12 this is your scope.
