The view through the Scope is clear and clean.
This scope has a fine cross-hair reticle, and the optics are in mint condition
Body tube is 0.75" blued steel
Includes:
Two screw-in lens covers (Front & Rear)
Full Disclosure Squawks:
Does not include Gun Barrel Mounting Blocks
Does not include original adjustment paperwork.
A copy from
another scope is included but the adjustment data could be off.
Faint discoloration just in front of the rear mount on the top and lower right sides.

The Lubricants have dried out over time so the adjustments are all stuck so they probably will require re-lubrication:

I acquired this Rifle Scope from my dad who was a gun collector, in the late 1980’s.
I do not know how long he had it.
It has been in storage ever since.
I have held onto it all this time because I think it has a Cool Art-Deco look to it and it was my dad’s.
I’m now in the middle of downsizing and decided it was time to let it go to someone who appreciates it for what it is.
I am not into firearms like my dad was, so my knowledge about this instrument is limited.
I am however an Optical engineer and can say the optics in this scope are in mint condition.
I can’t say how an expert in vintage rifle scopes would classify the mechanical condition so I have provided pics and description so you can hopefully accurately judge for yourself.
What you see in the pics is what you will be getting, if you have any questions, please ask before bidding.
I am not a firearms expert like my dad was, so I may not know the answer to all possible questions.
