Culver Glass features mid century moderndecorated glass with 22 and 24 Karat gold used effusively and magnificentlyespecially from the late 1950’s on through the 1960’s.
The company gained notoriety and its productsbecame highly collectible only to be sold at high-end department stores. Older dealers will remember these pieces sold in very high end jewelry stores, placed on velvet alongside high value jewelry and high pricedwatches.
Culver glass Ltd. was known for it's lavishdesigns in the use of 22 and 24 karat gold. In the late 1950’s, Culver Ltdstarted the application of the gold to their glassware and the super-heated,roll-on process of gold remains a secret today.
These are a highly sought after collectorspieces as we can not find the two tone multilevel gold cowboy boot beer mugs/steins anywhere online or on the Culver Glass replacement site.

    PLEASE NOTE:
Not all Culver Glass Ltd collectors pieces are“signed” with the Culver copywrite signature. It is noted online that thesignature pieces are highly collectable with a higher value.  We haveobserved that pieces from the 1950s and/or the1960s were more likely to besigned with the Culver Copywrite signature.
The more recent pieces were marked mostly withthe modern paper copywrite labels on the bottom of the glassware as opposed tothe gold copywrite signatures.  The newer pieces do not seem to be signedwith a copywrite at all.
Founded in Brooklyn,NY in 1939, Culver Glass Ltd. (commonly known as Culver Glass) is an Americanglass manufacturer. The company produced over 75 glassware patterns, but thecompany is best known for its mid-century designs. Most of its glasswarepatterns featured 22k gold gild.
