ARTIST MADE MAROTTE JESTER 25" HAND CARVED/PAINTED WOOD XLNT COND FREE SHIP!!!

This is a magnificent artist created Marotte, 25" long, of a jester. He is all hand made, carved of wood and hand painted. Lots of detail here, all great fantasy. The design is intricate and it's very colorful. Mounted on a wood stick that is brushed with gold paint, there is a large papier mache cone that is trimmed at the top with light blue fringe, the jester rises up out of the cone by pushing up the stick. He has a finely hand painted face that is very expressive in its detail. White mohair wig, felt collar with gold beads at the end, intricately detail carved wood hands painted white, and a red ruffled collar, blue jester hat with gold stars hanging from it. Whew! Lots going on here. Sadly, there is no artist signature, which I find hard to believe, but I couldn't find one, maybe you can. Also, I have no idea how old this marotte is. It could have been made at any time. Because of all the work that it took to make it, and it's beautiful appearance, I have to ask a bold price for it. I hope you'll understand. FREE SHIPPING!!
