2 Purple Excalibur Vegas Hotel & Casino Knight Helmet Beer Mug Heavy Plastic

This pair of souvenir Excalibur mugs are shaped like a knight's helmet. They look (and initially feel) like they're made of glass but are an extremely thick, heavy-duty plastic (I think you'd have to try pretty hard to break one). They weigh about 1lb 10oz each and are approx. 5-3/4" tall. The brim is approx. 3-1/4" in diameter. These are in new condition and do not appear to have been used as the price stickers are still intact on the base of both though it appears someone attempted to remove one of them (see photos). The material has a cracked glass look to it. Please see photos!
I could not find these anywhere online. There are a lot of glass versions but no plastic. I suspect they're from the 90s in the very early days of the Excalibur hotel/casino but could not verify this.
